Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your customers use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, already installed on their smartphone. A single scan of the QR code and the card is added instantly.
Is the price really CHF 19.90 a month?
Yes, it is our single all-inclusive plan. Unlimited cards, push notifications, analytics and AI — everything is included. Optional modules at CHF 4.90/month are there if you want to go further.
How do my customers get their loyalty card?
Several ways: a QR code printed on your counter, a link shared by email or SMS, or straight from your social media. The customer scans, adds the card to their wallet, and that is it.
Does it work with my till system?
Emuna works completely on its own. You confirm points from any smartphone or tablet — no till integration needed. If you would like an integration, our Advanced API module makes it possible.
Where is my data hosted?
All data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland with Infomaniak, ensuring full compliance with the Swiss data protection act (nLPD). Your data never leaves Swiss territory.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I like?
Absolutely. Our subscriptions have no minimum term and no hidden fees. You can cancel at any time from your account. Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation.
